About

Hello Friends,

It will be awfully presumptuous of me not only to call, but even consider myself an author or littérateur. I scribble. And, in the process Ipseand was born. Expect to stumble upon many of my thoughts and anxieties here. It also includes informative pieces written on various topics from the world of art, architecture and literature. Occasionally, I share bits and pieces of essays, short stories and poetry that interest me and I believe will not fail to amuse you.

Art happens to be a subject that fascinates me. To explore the modern world of art and photography, even more than usual, I regularly contribute to Lucky Compiler – an online magazine that is about to enter its fourth year. The Official Blog of Lucky Compiler is designed to introduce many renowned and sometimes long forgotten faces who once graced the world of art and photography. You’ll get to know many curious facts about well known personalities that will help you interprete their work even better than before. No, these are not gimmicky stories intended to increase the sales or the viewership of the magazine. Rather, these are anecdotes and observations that reveal the beating heart that lay hidden underneath the worldly appearance of successful men and women.

Let me introduce to you my other blog, The Inked Expressions which often carries commentaries on many topics regarding which I have some knowhow or harbour an opinion that may prove to be helpful for my readers. It covers a wider range of topic than Ipseand and is quite multi–dimensional in nature.

It’s Quoted boasts of no original contribution from my side. I am more of a curator there. I scurry through books (online and old format), magazines, newspapers and videos to find and publish gems of wisdom and witty words of famous personalities from around the world.

Of course, there are plans (some of which nag me continuously) that are in the pipeline due to the lack of funds. May be, I am resorting to the clichés, but it is not easy to put creative projects in motion when you are continuously worried about your finances. It can only be possible with your support and encouragement and, most importantly, the blessings of the Almighty.

Thanks again and hope you enjoy your stay!
